President of the Company, Chairman of the Board of directors – Pavel Petrovich Mitrofanov

Was born on the 3^rd of September in 1962 in Kurgan region. After school graduation entered Urals Lesotechnical (wood-working) Institute, obtained the specialization of Mechanic Engineer.  

In 1984 Pavel Mitrofanov worked in Sovetsky on one of the leading wood-working plant. Later he worked as Director of industrial commercial enterprise, then as an Executive Bank Manager.

During 1990 - 1996 he was a businessman. Organized an establishment of the largest Russian West-Siberian union of wood-processing plants.

In 1993 he graduated International Bank School in London.

During the period of 1998 – 2002 he was a Deputy of Tyumen Regional Duma of Sovetsky district of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous district.

In 2000 he received an extended education in the Academy of National Economy in Moscow as a Politician and Economist with the specialization of “Production Management”.

In 1996 Pavel Mitrofanov was elected Chief of Sovetsky district of Tyumen region.

In 2000 he was elected by local citizens for the second mandate, thereby 96,8% of the electorate voted in his favor (this is the highest vote rate among all elections of chiefs of municipal units of the Russian Federation).

From January 2001 worked as the First Deputy of the Governor of Tyumen region, supervising the area of industry, fuel and energy complex and reserves, external economic affairs.

Starting from May 2005 he is a Chairman of the Board of directors of “Buroil&gas” LTD, also the Chief of the Guardianship board of the Industry Development Fund.

Married, has two daughters - Maria and Antonina.

General Director – Alexander Anatolievich Scherbinin

Was born on the 10 of September in 1965.

In 1989 graduated Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Oil and Gas. According to the work distribution of Ministry of Education of USSR, he was assigned to work on industrial association “Sibneftegazpererabotka” in Nizhnevartovsk.  

From 1990 Alexander Scherbinin worked on Krasnoleninsk gas-processing plant as a Chief of gas compression and processing unit (GC and PU, Senior technologist.

From 1997 he worked on OJSC “Kondpetroleum” of OGPD Krasnoleninskneft as a Chief Technologist.

Starting from 1998 Alexander Scherbinin worked as a Lead Engineer of compressor station (CS) in “Surgutgazprom” Ltd Tyumen Department for Main Gas Pipelines (TDMGP).

From 1999 he worked in “Severtransservice” Ltd as a Chief Engineer.

During 2001-2005 Alexander Scherbinin was Deputy of the Director of fuel and energy complex and subsurface resources Department of the Administration of Tyumen district.

In 2009 he graduated from Tyumen State University, specialization of jurisdiction.

Starting from the year 2005 he continues working as General Director of “Buroil&gas” LTD.
